About

Hi there, I'm Corey.

I'm an actor, writer, director, musician, and overall artsy etc. kind of guy. I'm originally from Tampa, Florida, and then went to the University of Minnesota Guthrie Theater B.F.A. Actor's Training Program (long name, great training) for my undergrad which was very fun but also very cold.

After that I bounced around Minneapolis working at places like the Guthrie Theater, The Playwright's Center, and other regional staples while also gigging with my folk rock band "Corey Quinn". After joining equity I rented a UHAUL and drove to NYC, where I'm living now with my partner and pigeon chasing dog Oatmeal.

Since being in the city I've worked on new plays at the O'Neill Theater Center, the TANK theater, UCB, and worked on my own plays and short films in and about the Northeast.

I love new work, independent film, and older stage classics looked at in fresh artful lenses. Above all, I want to work on great things with great artists that are also great humans.

Oscar Snub — Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas not winning Best Supporting Actress (EMAIL ME, LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS)
